Schools for Sudan

Schools for Sudan is an ongoing project that the Education Students' Society has committed to. We are working towards raising enough money to build a school for underprivileged children in Sudan. ALL proceeds raised during this fundraiser go directly towards this cause.

WALK-A-THON

  • Thursday, September 30th at 10AM or 2:30PM (you choose which time works best for your team. Members can also split up and go at different times)
  • We start at the Riddell Centre in the University and complete a 5km walk or run around the Conexus Arts Centre and back.
  • Teams are of 7-12 members, each member must complete pledge forms for a minimum of $20
  • Receive a captain's package by emailing perkinsm@uregina.ca
CABARET
  • Thursday, September 30th at 9PM
  • the Owl
  • Optional theme: Hot for Teachers
  • Ticket price $10 BUT you get $5 off if you participate in the Walk-A-Thon (see above)
  • Tickets are being sold in the Riddell Centre on September 28-29 from 9am - 4pm
